Solami supports two payment methods: depositing SOL to your account balance, or paying by credit card via Stripe. Subscriptions and add-ons are charged at the time of purchase.

Account balance

Your account balance is denominated in SOL and used to pay for subscriptions and add-ons. Depositing SOL is the fastest way to keep your account funded.

Deposit SOL

Open the billing page

Go to Dashboard → Billing and find the Deposit section.

Copy your deposit address and memo

Each account has a unique deposit address and a required memo. Copy both before sending.

Send SOL

Send any amount of SOL to the deposit address. Make sure to include the memo in your transaction.

Wait for confirmation

Your balance updates automatically once the transaction confirms on-chain, typically within a few seconds.
Always include the memo when sending SOL. Deposits sent without the memo cannot be credited to your account automatically.

Payment methods

When you subscribe or purchase an add-on, Solami deducts the equivalent amount from your SOL balance at the current exchange rate. No further action is required after depositing.

Upgrade your plan

Go to billing

Open Dashboard → Billing and click Upgrade Plan.

Choose a plan

Select the plan you want. See Plans for a full comparison.

Choose a billing cycle

Pick monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual. Longer cycles are charged upfront.

Complete payment

Pay from your account balance or redirect to Stripe checkout.

Downgrade your plan

To downgrade, open Dashboard → Billing and select a lower plan. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan stays active until it expires.

Extend your plan

To prevent your plan from expiring, open the billing page and click Extend. This renews your current plan for another billing cycle.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel, open Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your plan stays active until the current period ends. No further charges are made after cancellation.
Canceling stops auto-renewal. Your access continues until the expiry date of the current billing period.

Usage and transaction history

You can review your full billing history from the dashboard. The transaction history includes:
  • Subscription payments
  • SOL deposits
  • ShredStream purchases
  • Extra gRPC connection purchases
  • Dedicated server payments
  • Referral withdrawals
Go to Dashboard → Billing and scroll to the Transaction History section to view all activity.

Stripe customer portal

If you pay by card, you can manage your payment method and download invoices from the Stripe customer portal. Access it from Dashboard → Billing → Manage Stripe subscription.
